1. Eligibility and accounts

Users must meet the minimum age required under applicable law to use the Platform. By creating an account, the user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep account credentials secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under the account.

Institution-sponsored users may be subject to additional rules set by their institution and to separate agreements between Vidyasage Labs and the sponsoring institution. Where such an agreement exists, its terms govern the sponsored user's access in addition to these Terms.

Vidyasage Labs may suspend or restrict accounts in the event of misuse or violation of these Terms.

2. Nature of services

Vidyasage Labs provides technology platforms for professional readiness. Services currently offered include:

• Scenario-based judgment practice and decision-making training (Velvuri).
• Nursing interview preparation, clinical scenario practice, and career readiness training (Kelvuri).
• Assessments, progress tracking, and skill development tools across both platforms.

Future services may include job discovery, employer connections, and career placement opportunities. As such services are introduced, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will continue to apply, and users will be notified of any material additions.

3. Educational purpose

All Vidyasage Labs platforms are intended for educational, training, and professional development purposes only. Platform content does not constitute professional advice, formal clinical instruction, regulatory guidance, or a substitute for qualified supervision. Users are responsible for exercising independent judgment when applying any knowledge or information obtained through the Platform.

4. Licence to use the Platform

Vidyasage Labs grants each user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for educational and professional development purposes only.

The user may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce Platform content without Vidyasage Labs's prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source systems, algorithms, or databases.
• Commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
• Share account access with others or facilitate group use of a single account.

5. User conduct

The user agrees not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorised access to Platform systems, accounts, or data.
• Disrupt Platform functionality or interfere with other users' access.
• Use the Platform to facilitate cheating in examinations or to misrepresent qualifications to third parties.
• Deploy bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without Vidyasage Labs's prior written permission.
• Upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.

Vidyasage Labs may take action, including suspension or permanent termination of access, in the event of violations.

6. Content, AI, and intellectual property

All Platform content — including scenarios, quizzes, explanations, coaching materials, and assessments — is owned by or licensed to Vidyasage Labs. Portions of this content may be generated or assisted by automated systems, including AI-based tools. Vidyasage Labs reviews and updates content on an ongoing basis but does not guarantee that content is always accurate, complete, or current.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including resumes and application materials. By uploading such content, the user grants Vidyasage Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of providing the services.

7. Assessments, scores, and ratings

Vidyasage Labs may provide performance insights including scores, rankings, and skill evaluations. Such insights are indicative and intended for self-evaluation and learning purposes only. They do not reflect real-world examination results, clinical performance, or employer evaluation standards and must not be treated as definitive measures of ability or qualification.

Users are responsible for how they interpret and act upon assessment results.

8. Future services

Vidyasage Labs may, in the future, introduce job discovery, employer connections, and career placement features. Vidyasage Labs does not guarantee job offers, interview success, or placement outcomes. Any engagement between a user and an employer or placement partner facilitated through the Platform is independent of Vidyasage Labs.

9. Third-party services

The Platforms may integrate with or link to third-party providers, including payment processors, analytics services, and employers. Vidyasage Labs is not responsible for the actions, decisions, content, or policies of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the privacy and terms of any third-party service they engage with through the Platform.

10. Payments and fees

Certain Platform features require payment. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Pricing and access conditions may change over time. All payments are made to Vidyasage Labs as the operating entity. Fees paid for Platform access are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

Access under institutional or sponsored arrangements is governed by separate agreements between Vidyasage Labs and the relevant institution, and the Refund Policy does not apply to such accounts.

11. System availability and errors

Vidyasage Labs aims to provide reliable Platforms. However, services may be subject to interruption, delay, or unavailability. Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies may occur. Vidyasage Labs monitors its Platforms and addresses issues as part of its ongoing improvement process. Users are encouraged to report issues through the support channel. The occurrence of technical issues does not give rise to liability save as expressly provided in these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Platforms and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Vidyasage Labs does not warrant:

• Continuous or error-free operation of any Platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of Platform content.
• Outcomes including examination success, skill improvement, or employment placement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vidyasage Labs is not liable for:

• Decisions made by users in reliance on Platform content.
• Loss of data, opportunities, income, or other outcomes.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Vidyasage Labs's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to Vidyasage Labs in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

14. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Vidyasage Labs, its officers, employees, and licensors harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the user's use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. User responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how they use the Platforms and for how they apply information or assessments obtained through them. Vidyasage Labs does not accept responsibility for outcomes arising from a user's reliance on Platform content.

16. Feedback and improvements

Users may report inaccuracies, errors, or concerns to Vidyasage Labs. Any feedback submitted may be used to improve the Platforms without obligation or compensation to the user.

17. Termination

Users may cease use of the Platform at any time. Vidyasage Labs may suspend or terminate a user's access where these Terms have been violated or where misuse is detected. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

18. Amendments to these Terms

Vidyasage Labs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication, accompanied by an updated effective date. Continued use of any Platform following publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. For matters arising from use prior to an amendment, the version of these Terms in force at the relevant date applies.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Vidyasage Labs in respect of the Platforms and supersede all prior agreements or representations.
